Great Gym-Less Cardio Workout



To find your Target Heart Rate
-Calculate your Heart Rate Reserve
HRR = (220-age) - Resting Heart Rate
-Multiply your Heart Rate by intensity level
Low = (HRR x .6) + resting HR
High = (HRR x .85) + resting HR

Target Heart Rate Range = (Low, High)
